The apartment is 140 square meters and has been completely restructured and renewed with finishes many valuable. The home is equipped of a infrared sauna, of a whirlpool massage bathtub, of a computer with internet DSL and of a Tv LG 42” with satellite and Sky. The apartment is in Agrigento, and exactly in Via Papa Luciani n. 146 ( GPS coordinates : N 37° 18' 38.50" E 13° 35' 41.65"). At the first floor with elevator of a palace, the rooms are, double, triple or quadruple rooms, spacious (25 square meters about each one, for a total of 11 to 15 persons), luminous, with air condition and heating. All bedrooms are with conditioned air and heating. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with whirlpool massage bathtub, a bathroom every two rooms, with the possibility to have one reserved, compatibly with the reservations of the period, or eventually at groups that take two rooms. Considering the short distance with Home Zilò (only 200 meters), we can accommodate groups composed from a maximum 30 persons. Totally equipped kitchen to unlimited use (self catering) of the hosts in order to prepare the breakfast. The kitchen completely is furnished with all necessary being necessary for the preparation of the breakfast of the lunch and the supper. You can prepare the breakfast in kitchen, in complete autonomy and freedom, without timetable, you will find a tray for you, with being necessary resupplied every day (continental breakfast). Those alimony held in confection sluices and with fixed due date from the producer agrees, (produced industrial, of cake shop etc). Naturally you will be able to always use the kitchen you are to lunch that to supper and also the washing machine.
