GPS coordinates N 37° 14' 36.25" W 13° 36' 51.50" . The apartment is constituted from four bed rooms that can accommodate maximum 10 persons. Entrance (dining room), kitchen, corridor bed rooms and bathroom. The use of the kitchen allows in fact to render lows the stay costs. The apartment moreover offers a lovely terrace with a unparalleled sight on the sea, superpanoramic, of approximately 60 square meters, with table and chairs for most pleasant lunches and summery suppers, and equipped also of hammock and barbecue, moreover there is also a shower from outside for being able itself to refresh returning from the sea. It’s not a bed and breakfast, but an home vacations. We don't rent the singles rooms, but all the apartment. The home is dipped in a forest pines till to arrive to the sea. In a calm zone, bathed from a limpid and crystalline sea, than it don’t have nothing to envy to exotic and uncontaminated places. Ideal for a calm vacation to contact with the nature, all sea and relax, where to the shadow of the pines and the eucalyptuses it arrives to the sea just in 80 meters. Therefore, you don’t have to go to the sea, you are already to the sea! The price of all the apartment is of 130 euro to the day on October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May and June, all inclusive, Internet DSL, water, gas, electric power, refrigerator with freeze, television, kitchen gas, oven, steam iron, washing machine, radio, hair dryer, towels, sheet, covered sheets, bedding, table cloths, plates, water glasses, pots, knives, coffee maker, etc etc. No additional costs.
